SERVICE RATES The services recommend are either extremely convenient or extremely essential. We can make special arrangements for you such as: Maid Service 2008: Included in the rental is a 4 hour housekeeping service during the weekdays. The housekeeper included in the rental will clean the bathrooms, bedrooms and the kitchen. She will take care of the laundry for the house (towels and sheets). However, she will not take care of guests’ personal laundry. If guests wish the housekeeper to perform any other service than the ones previously stated, they will have to pay extra. Extra Maid hours: $10/hour/no minimum.
Cook Service: $60/ meal (up to 6 people, $15 per extra person). The cook service does not include the cost of groceries. Grocery pre-stocking $50 fee, does not include the cost of the groceries. For your convenience, the services cited above should be requested two weeks prior guests’ arrival. Guests can decide to request one of the extra services upon their arrival. However, in that case, we do not guarantee the availability of the service. A 30% canceling fee will apply for services canceled less than a week prior guests arrival. |
