Cancellation Policy
60 Day Policy
Guarantee: 50% percentage of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking (50%). A credit card is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 60 days before your arrival date. Taxes and fees are included.
Cancellation: This reservation is
partially refundable and is based on the following fee schedule:
If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will be charged
20% of the total reservation amount.
If you cancel within
60 days of arrival, you will be charged
100% of the total reservation amount.
No-show: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
